We are Citrus Homes
We are a cohesive team of designers, craftsmen, and project managers who are dedicated to fully understanding our homeowners and creating beautiful custom spaces tailored to their way of life. From the earliest planning stage to the final day of construction, we revel in the details of each renovation, addition, and new home so that the spaces we build last as long as the memories made in them.
Eric Gruendyke
Eric Gruendyke started Citrus Homes with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives by creating homes that function perfectly for their unique needs and stand the test of time. With over fifteen years of experience, his craftsmanship has earned him the opportunity to contribute to historical restorations from notable architects such as Buff and Hensman, Lloyd Wright, Wallace Neff, and Greene and Greene. He enjoys a wide range of projects from new construction and extensive whole house renovations, to additions, kitchens and bathrooms, and custom millwork and cabinetry.
A graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Eric is committed to lifelong learning and continuously improving his craft. He completed extension courses at UCLA in Architecture and spends much of his free time reading and learning about residential construction. As a result, Eric enjoys coming to the table early with his clients to discuss budgets so that his homeowners are able to make informed decisions that maximize the potential for their home.
A proud 5th generation native of Southern California, Eric is rooted in our beautiful region. In fact, he and his wife Crista recently welcomed their son Emmett James into the family and they can’t think of a better place for him to grow up.
